Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at Montdor Interior Pvt Ltd, located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting client meetings, presenting design solutions, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the design and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in the interior design, construction, or related industries is preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools and software
- Leadership and Team Collaboration skills to work closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work under deadlines and achieve sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and local languages would be advantageous
