Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Noida. The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving strategic sales efforts, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value real estate deals. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, providing expert guidance throughout the property purchase process, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to promote offerings. The role also involves market analysis, managing a sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Expertise in client relationship management and experience in real estate or related industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Market research and financial acumen to understand real estate trends and client investment potential
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining organized sales records
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and partnerships with developers is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
