Responsibilities
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Explain to the customers about the properties.
- Develop Money Tree Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
- Build a good Working relationship with Clients calling on leads provided by the company.
- Maintain and develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
- Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Calling/Meeting clients for doing a needs analysis.
- Facilitate negotiation between buyer and seller.
- Closing the sale and submitting all relevant documents to the seller.
- Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
- Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark.
- Developing sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till accomplishment.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
- Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Calling and fixing a meeting with clients.
- Hardcore Sales Performer in Direct Sales in the assigned territory for generating sales.
- Markets go-getters and trend setters.
Requirements
- Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to the organization's culture.
- Own Vehicle Mandatory.
- Laptop/iPad/Tablet mandate.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
