About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead and drive property sales in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Good understanding of local real estate market and regulations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Have knowledge about the locations and ongoing projects
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential/commercial property sales
- Strong network of clients or brokers
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
