Role Description
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing (preferred)
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial or capital equipment sales
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities in industries like fabrication, automotive, engineering, and metal processing
- Promote and sell fiber laser metal cutting machines and related solutions
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (plant heads, purchase managers, owners)
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Required Skills
- Prior experience in fiber laser / CNC / sheet metal machinery sales is highly preferred
- Strong technical understanding of metal cutting processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in selling fiber laser cutting machines or similar high-value industrial equipment
- Existing network in fabrication, OEMs, or manufacturing industries
- Ability to handle high-value deals and long sales cycles
