Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Varanasi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Effective strategic planning, market research, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare services, market trends, or medical industries is an asset
- Proficiency in using sales software, CRM tools, and preparing reports
- Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as and when required
- Demonstrates integrity, customer-focused approach, and an ability to meet sales targets
