Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Kolkata. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, prospect qualification, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing deals. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable residential and commercial properties. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with business goals, track sales performance, and provide accurate forecasts. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining updated records in CRM systems, staying informed about local real estate trends and regulations, and representing the company at client meetings, events, and property exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in closing high-value real estate or similar B2C/B2B deals.
- Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Solid understanding of local real estate market dynamics, pricing, and regulatory aspects in Kolkata or similar markets.
- Ability to manage pipelines and leads using CRM tools, maintain accurate documentation, and generate timely sales reports.
- Comfort with on-site property visits, fieldwork, and a schedule that may include weekends or extended hours based on client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or related sectors.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism, aligned with the company’s values of honesty and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic digital sales and marketing tools; knowledge of local languages in addition to English is an advantage.
