Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and delivering exceptional customer support to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship management and client servicing abilities
- Knowledge of security systems solutions, including CCTV, fire detection, and access control systems, is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in preparing sales proposals and reporting on sales metrics
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a competitive environment
