We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Academic Counselor / Inside Sales Executive who can effectively convert leads into enrollments through phone consultations and guide learners in selecting the right courses.
Key Responsibilities- Contact and follow up with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into paid enrollments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Build trust and provide accurate information regarding course offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality and conversion feedback.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enrollment journey.
Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have- Minimum 2–3 years of sales calling experience.
- Proven experience in:
- Education/Course Sales
- EdTech Sales
- Credit Card Sales
- Loan Sales
- Insurance Sales
- Telecalling / Telesales
- Any high-conversion phone sales role
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets, and sales tools.
Preferred- Experience in selling online courses or educational programs.
- Experience working with warm/inbound leads.
- Understanding of consultative selling techniques.
