Job Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for fire-rated and non-fire-rated door systems across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs, including steel flush doors, hollow metal press steel doors, and clean room doors
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and service excellence
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in industrial or construction product sales, preferably in doors, building materials, or PEB systems
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with technical specifications and compliance standards (e.g., ISO certifications, fire safety norms)
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits
