Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhunava, Gondal for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, creating and delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The role also involves negotiating contracts with clients, maintaining records of sales activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, business development expertise, and ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Analytical skills for market research and identifying new opportunities
- Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM software is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of hydraulic pumps and earthmoving components is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
