Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Sales Executive. The role entails managing the sales process for real estate transactions, including client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and delivering customized property solutions to clients. Additional responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, negotiating terms, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Market analysis and strategic planning expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract management.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for managing client and sales data effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
