Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Vishakhapatnam. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role includes conducting market research, maintaining sales records, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic sales planning.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales strategies, client acquisition, and account management
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, conduct research, and provide actionable sales insights
- Experience in developing and implementing sales plans to meet defined business goals
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data management
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in consulting or service industries
- Client-focused approach with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
