Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Changanacherry ,Kottayam. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves meeting sales targets, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and assisting in driving the overall growth of the company through proactive customer engagement and negotiations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in market research and preparing sales reports
- Motivated self-starter with a goal-oriented approach
- Familiarity with the flooring or building materials industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
