Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales (Chipboard / Engineered Panels)

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales to drive business growth for our Engineered Panel & Allied Products (Chipboard) division in the Kochi / Kerala region.
This role is ideal for an energetic sales professional with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the Building Materials sector and an established network among builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Business Growth: Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability objectives for Chipboard and Engineered Panel products across the region.
- Network Expansion: Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, Developers, and PMCs.
- Specification Sales: Successfully specify our engineered panel and chipboard products for commercial and residential projects.
- Account & Channel Management: Manage key project accounts, oversee dealer/partner networks, and ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence & Collections: Track competitor activities, market trends, and ensure timely collections adhering to commercial terms.
Candidate Requirements- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline is must.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales/project sales within the Building Materials industry.
- Preferred Product Background: Prior experience in Chipboard, Plywood, Laminates, Veneers, Engineered Wood, Modular Kitchens, Hardware, Tiles, or Allied Architectural Products.
- Network: Active connections with commercial builders, contractors, and project influencers in the Kerala market.
- Key Skills: Solution-selling, strong negotiation, relationship management, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel within the territory.
Compensation & Offer Details- Annual CTC: ₹6.0 LPA – ₹8.0 LPA
- Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
