Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory, building and nurturing relationships with distributors, dealers, architects, and other stakeholders. Key tasks include achieving sales targets, conducting market research, providing product training to stakeholders, and identifying potential business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves keeping up-to-date with market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the brand at events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven sales acumen with experience in sales strategy, target setting, and achieving results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of market research and the ability to identify business opportunities
- Experience in the interior design, architecture, or building materials industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office tools, and reporting systems
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
