Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior Sales Executive will oversee identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, delivering product presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and sales pipeline management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and sustain client relationships
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
- Knowledge of technical sales processes, with the ability to understand and present product specifications
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales-related software tools
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic and competitive industry
- Prior experience in the healthcare, imaging, or electronics industries is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
