Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time role based in Delhi, with some tasks such as reporting and follow-ups. The Senior Sales Executive must fulfill the sales target. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, including builders, contractors, and distributors in the construction sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The Senior Sales Executive will maintain relationships with existing clients, gather feedback on equipment performance, and coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries and after-sales support. The role also includes tracking market trends, participating in industry events, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction machinery, industrial equipment, or related manufacturing sectors.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and negotiation to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to understand technical product features and explain benefits clearly to customers in practical, on-site contexts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with decision-makers and site teams.
