Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Senior Sales Executive. Responsibilities include managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies to achieve targets. The role requires preparing customized proposals, conducting client presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive will also oversee market analysis, recommend business growth actions, and negotiate contracts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and develop targeted sales strategies
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with industries such as design, marketing, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities
