Role Description:
1. Attending customers at Site or outside of Office
2. Daily follow up for visited and non-visited customers
3. Arrange BTL Activity
4. Channel Partner relation building
5. Competitors Project Comparison
6. Update about area development
Qualifications:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in residential real estate sales or a closely related sector; familiarity with the Kolkata real estate market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain project details, financial terms, and legal aspects clearly to diverse customers.
- Solid organizational and documentation skills, including managing leads, maintaining CRM records, and handling agreements and related paperwork.
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends and peak hours as required, and to conduct regular site visits and customer meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications in sales or real estate are an added benefit.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; comfort with digital communication channels and online lead management.
- High level of integrity, professional conduct, and a customer-centric mindset aligned with DTC Projects’ mission of providing community living.
