Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers
- Provide product information and answer customer queries
- Help in test ride and explain the features.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing skills to close sales.
- Coordinate and ensure the delivery happens right in-time.
- Handle customer inquiries
- Meet sales targets.
- Help customers in choosing the bike based on their requirement.
- Close follow up calls to leads inquired.
Requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in bike sales / automobile sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of bikes and their technical specifications
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Passionate about bikes and the automobile industry
