Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Delhi. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, developing and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves presenting and promoting our travel packages, identifying opportunities for business growth, negotiating contracts, and fostering client satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services while staying updated on industry market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills with the ability to actively listen and engage clients
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on international tours and B2B operations
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software, as well as MS Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with a results-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role, particularly within the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred but not mandatory
