Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Nakodar. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on industry trends to develop strategies for market growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Experience in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales reports
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering industries, especially confectionery machinery, is a plus
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
- Daily commute provided from Jalandhar to Nakodar factory.
