Store Manager / Showroom Manager – Premium Home Furnishing | Retail Sales Manager | Pune
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager / Showroom Manager to lead operations at a premium home furnishing showroom in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail sales, showroom management, customer service, and team leadership.
The candidate will be responsible for driving showroom sales, managing daily operations, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and building relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Showroom Operations Management
- Manage daily showroom operations to ensure smooth functioning and a premium customer experience.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
- Ensure all product displays and test models are well maintained and properly arranged.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers.
2. Retail Sales & Customer Engagement
- Interact with walk-in customers and understand their home furnishing and interior requirements.
- Demonstrate product features and recommend suitable solutions.
- Drive retail sales and achieve monthly showroom sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms to successfully close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
3. Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise and guide the showroom sales team.
- Train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction.
- Maintain a motivated and productive work environment.
4. Business Development & Networking
- Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Fabricators.
- Generate leads and increase showroom sales through professional networking.
- Conduct market visits when required to identify new business opportunities.
5. Inventory Management & Reporting
- Monitor showroom stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and transaction details.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience in Store Management, Showroom Management, or Retail Sales Management.
- Experience in Home Furnishing, Furniture Retail, Interior Products, or Premium Retail Stores preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a retail sales team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
