Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive position is a full-time, on-site role based in Rourkela. The role involves leading sales initiatives to meet business objectives, identifying and engaging prospective clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Senior Sales Executive will also analyze market trends, provide technical product guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. Preparing regular sales reports, meeting sales targets, and representing the company at industry events will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategies development, client relationship management, and achieving revenue goals
- Proficiency in technical product knowledge, market analysis, and ability to offer solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in various sales and CRM tools, as well as basic MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects effectively
- Knowledge of the welding industry or experience in technical sales is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and attend industry events
