Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive will drive sales growth and maintain strong customer relationships within the designated territory. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, and analyzing market trends to increase profitability. As a key representative of the Carlsberg Group, the Senior Sales Executive will also ensure the highest quality of customer service and adherence to brand standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical capabilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
- Ability to achieve sales targets, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Experience in channel or distributor management is an advantage.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Passion for the beverage industry and commitment to corporate sustainability goals.
