Role Description
Bumboo is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, NY. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, negotiating and closing deals, meeting sales targets, and managing key accounts. This role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and supporting the company’s vision for sustainable innovation in food packaging and tableware.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage reseller network and HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, corporate clients) in the assigned zone
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Support and guide the sales team
Identify new market opportunities through research
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
Travel extensively within the assigned zone and across India
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Packaging or FMCG (mandatory)
Experience in managing reseller networks
Strong communication and leadership skills
Target-oriented and self-driven
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Willing to travel extensively
Proactive, organized, data-driven, and a team player
