Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive (Field Sales) to drive corporate pantry partnerships across Bangalore. The role involves onboarding mid-sized and large companies (100+ employees) and collaborating with corporate food service vendors, pantry partners, and vending machine operators to make Ruskle a preferred office snack.
This is a high-ownership, relationship-driven field role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting decision makers, building partnerships, and closing institutional deals.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnership Development- Identify and approach corporates, startups, and established firms with 100+ employees
- Pitch Ruskle as a healthier pantry snack alternative
- Build relationships with Admin, HR, Procurement, and Workplace Experience teams
- Conduct product sampling and tasting sessions within offices
- Drive product onboarding into corporate pantries
Channel & Vendor Partnerships- Onboard Ruskle with corporate snack aggregators and food service partners
- Build relationships with vending machine operators and pantry suppliers
- Collaborate with institutional distributors and workplace food solution providers (e.g., Compass-type partners)
Field Sales & Execution- Plan and execute daily field visits and meetings across Bangalore
- Generate leads, maintain a strong pipeline, and close deals
- Negotiate commercials and coordinate onboarding logistics
- Track product movement and ensure repeat orders
Brand Evangelism- Represent Ruskle as a mindful snacking brand
- Gather customer feedback and insights from corporates
- Suggest activation ideas to increase consumption and visibility inside offices
Requirements- 2–4 years of experience in field sales / corporate sales / HoReCa / FMCG B2B sales
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with daily travel and field meetings across Bangalore
- Experience selling to Admin/HR/Procurement teams is a strong plus
- Self-driven with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Preferred Background- FMCG, food & beverage, HoReCa, vending, or corporate pantry solutions experience
- Prior experience working with institutional distributors or workplace vendors
- Experience in startup environments is a bonus
