Are you a driven sales professional with roots in the construction or building materials space? We're looking for energetic, field-ready Sales Executives who know how to build relationships — with dealers, contractors, masons, and engineers — and convert them into long-term business.
If you know your territory, love being on the ground, and want to grow with a brand that's expanding fast across Rajasthan, this is your call.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build and expand a dealer/distributor network in your assigned territory
Drive monthly and annual sales targets across trade and non-trade channels
Visit project sites, conduct demos, and close conversions on the ground
Organise mason meets, contractor meets, and engineer engagement events
Develop retail relationships and strengthen brand presence in the market
Track competitor activity and bring sharp insights back to the team
Handle timely payment collections from customers
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Engineering preferred)
2+ years of sales/marketing experience in construction chemicals or allied industries
Local resident with strong on-ground knowledge of the territory
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within the region
Excellent communication and persuasion skills — you can close a room
