Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for business development, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a robust client pipeline, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves representing the company at meetings, exhibitions, and other industry events as required, showcasing our range of safety solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven sales expertise in business development, negotiation, and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or experience in industrial safety products or related industries
- Proficiency in market research and identifying new business opportunities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a senior-level sales role is highly desirable
