Senior Sales Executive - Industrial Dust Collector Consumables

About the Role
We are hiring 4 Sales Engineers to drive replacement and retrofit business for dust collector consumables across key industrial sectors:
- Foundries (Iron & Non-Ferrous)
- Solid Fuel Fired Boilers (Coal/Biomass)
- Induction Furnace / Secondary Steel
Note: Candidates must have prior hands-on exposure in at least one of the above sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop business for:
- Filter Bags
- Filter Cages
- Pleated Filter Cartridges
- Pulse Timer Controllers / Panels
- Identify installed base of baghouses and cartridge dust collectors
- Conduct site visits for measurement, analysis, and product recommendations
- Work closely with plant maintenance and production teams
- Diagnose and solve issues such as:
- High differential pressure (DP)
- Bag failures (thermal, chemical, abrasion)
- High dust load and spark damage
- Drive competitor conversion to AMRIT products
- Generate repeat business and annual supply contracts

Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)
- 5–7 years relevant experience
- Exposure to at least one sector:
- Foundry / Metal Casting
- Boiler Systems (Coal/Biomass)
- Steel / Induction Furnace
- Working knowledge of dust collection systems (baghouse/cartridge type)
- Experience in industrial consumables / plant-level operations
- Willingness to travel extensively

- Ex-service engineers from dust collector / filtration companies
- Strong network within industrial plants
