Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive will lead sales efforts, nurture client relationships, and identify new business opportunities in the Greater Kolkata Area. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on engaging prospective clients, demonstrating design solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with the design team to ensure client needs are met and supporting the studio's overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales strategy, client acquisition, and negotiation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in providing tailored solutions in a design or creative industry is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design and project management teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable working in fast-paced sales environments.
- Prior experience in interior design sales or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
