Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing sales pipelines, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Core responsibilities include strategizing and executing sales plans, negotiating contracts with exhibitors and sponsors, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure events meet client expectations. The role requires a proactive approach to market research, competitor analysis, and understanding industry trends. This is a full-time, on-site role located in India, where you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve sales objectives and contribute to the success of the company's exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and close deals effectively
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Strategic planning skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management software
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in B2B sales or event management is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
