About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive focused on the US market, responsible for handling outbound sales calls, closing deals, and driving revenue growth in the diamond jewelry segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to international (US-based) customers
- Handle warm and hot leads to convert into sales
- Explain diamond jewelry products, specifications, and pricing
- Build rapport and trust with high-value customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Follow up consistently with leads to improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and fulfillment
- Utilize AI-driven insights and automation to streamline the sales cycle, enhance product mastery, and proactively address customer needs to drive higher conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2C sales (mandatory)
- Proven experience in outbound sales / telesales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (US customer handling preferred)
- Prior experience in diamond/jewelry industry is mandatory
- Ability to handle high-value closing conversations
- Comfortable working in US shift timings
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in luxury, jewelry, or high-ticket e-commerce sales
- Experience dealing with international clients (US/Canada)
