About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with proven experience selling digital marketing services to the US market, particularly to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).
The ideal candidate should have strong outbound and inbound sales experience, deep understanding of digital marketing services, and the ability to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close deals independently.
This is a full-cycle sales role, so the candidate must be comfortable owning the entire process from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to US-based SMB prospects through outbound sales (email, LinkedIn, calls).
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Sell digital marketing services including:
Lead generation
Paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
SEO
Growth marketing
Marketing automation
AI Automations
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos with prospects.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals through the pipeline.
- Close deals independently and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and AI tools used in marketing.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably selling digital marketing services.
- Proven experience selling to US clients, especially SMB segment.
- Strong experience in outbound sales, demand generation, and closing deals.
- Good understanding of:
Digital marketing
Paid ads
Lead generation strategies
Growth marketing
AI Automations
- Awareness of AI tools used in digital marketing is a big plus.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Work Requirements
- Remote role based in India
- Must be willing to work during US business hours
- Stable internet connection and professional work environment
Preferred
- Experience working with marketing agencies
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience selling performance marketing services
Compensation
Competitive base salary + performance incentives based on sales.
