Job Title: Sales Engineer/Executive (IoT/ Automation Sales)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving revenue by promoting our IoT and telemetry solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in relevant sectors (e.g., industrial, municipal, infra)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and solution-based selling
- Understand client pain points and propose suitable telemetry solutions
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress directly to the Sales Head
- Attend trade fairs, expos, and on-field demos as required
- Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in IoT, water/air base domine, automation, or industrial solutions)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric
- Willingness to travel as per project needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business preferred.
