Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Engineering Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage the sales engineering team, identifying customer needs and designing solutions. You will oversee pre-sales technical discussions, prepare and present proposals, and collaborate with management to strategize business growth. The role also includes ensuring customer satisfaction, conducting training sessions, and creating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in pre-sales engineering, business development, and proposal creation
- Strong understanding of CNC marking solutions, manufacturing processes, and industry-focused technical applications
- Proficiency in strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management
- Experience using CRM tools, data analysis platforms, and other sales management software
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields; advanced degree is a plus
- Proven track record in sales engineering roles, preferably in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or technology solutions
