Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Sales Engineering Manager, located in Pune District. The Senior Sales Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team to develop and execute sales strategies for automation solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, supporting client engagements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions. The role also involves mentoring team members and driving the achievement of sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Automation Systems, Industrial Solutions, and Technical Sales.
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational Skills.
- Expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Client Engagement, and Proposal Preparation.
- Ability to conduct Product Demonstrations and provide Technical Support.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Experience working in high-tech, automation, or industrial environments is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field preferred.
