Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Hydraulics. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities, providing technical support to clients, delivering product presentations, and developing tailored technical solutions. Key responsibilities include proactively identifying client needs, building strong customer relations, and ensuring the successful implementation of automation solutions. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve targeted sales goals and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively
- Knowledge of hydraulics and experience in automation industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in building customer relationships and handling client inquiries
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or related field preferred)
- Ability to work proactively and meet sales targets in a dynamic environment
