Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Noida. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise during the sales process, working closely with clients to understand their requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and offering tailored solutions. Additional day-to-day tasks include delivering technical support, collaborating with sales teams to develop strategies, assisting with pre- and post-sales activities, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
- Strong background in Sales and Customer Service to effectively understand and address client needs.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting complex solutions.
- Problem-solving aptitude, fast learning capability for new technologies, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with video infrastructure, AI-based platforms, and SaaS products is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
