🚨 We’re Hiring | Senior Sales Engineer – Machine & Composite Equipment Sales
📍 Location: Pune | Sales & Marketing Department
Are you passionate about industrial machinery, technical sales, and business growth?
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing team and lead business development activities in Machine Sales, Product Machinery Sales, and Composite Equipment Sales.
If you have strong technical understanding, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record in industrial sales — we would like to connect with you.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive sales of industrial machines
✔ Develop new business opportunities and customer networks
✔ Handle complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure
✔ Conduct technical discussions, product presentations, and client meetings
✔ Build long-term relationships with OEMs and industrial clients
✔ Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
🎯 Key Requirements:
🔹 7–10 years of experience in:
Machine Sales
Product Machinery Sales
Composite Equipment Sales
Technical / Engineering Sales
🔹 Strong communication & negotiation skills
🔹 Technical understanding of industrial equipment and engineering applications
🔹 Self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach
🎓 Qualification:
BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering field
MBA Marketing will be an added advantage
