Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Engineer role based in Jamshedpur. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical support for TIPL's instrumentation solutions. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, recommending appropriate solutions, creating proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical guidance. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and clients to address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and achieve sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales to identify and meet client needs effectively.
- Strong Technical Support skills to resolve issues and provide expert product guidance.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in industrial instrumentation or related fields is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet sales objectives.
