Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer for an on-site, full-time position based in Vasai Virar. The role involves managing technical sales processes, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting suitable product solutions, coordinating with technical teams, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Sales with a strong understanding of the plastic auxiliary equipment industry.
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and addressing client queries effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for maintaining and fostering positive client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to propose optimal solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or plastics industry is a plus.
