Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Vadodara. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving the sales process by engaging with prospective clients, delivering technical presentations, and providing personalized solutions to meet customer requirements. The role includes collaborating closely with internal teams, offering technical support, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to achieve sales targets. Preparing detailed proposals, presenting technical information, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service will also be core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Engineering to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive successful project outcomes
• Strong Technical Support and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions to customer inquiries
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to ensure responsiveness and customer satisfaction
• Experience in automation or related industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation) or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
