Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our manufacturing company. As a
Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for understand the working, mechanism and
specifications of the machineries. If you have a strong technical background, sales
background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach, we

Responsibilities:
➢ Drive sales of Industrial Vacuum Cleaners & Dust Collection Systems.
➢ Identify and develop new customers across Maharashtra region
➢ Handle cold calls, lead generation, and customer meetings
➢ Manage existing customer accounts and generate repeat business
➢ Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
➢ Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up for order closures
➢ Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, dispatch, and installation
➢ Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
➢ Prepare sales reports
➢ Participate in exhibitions and promotional activities
Requirements:
➢ BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering
➢ 4-6 years experience in industrial product or capital equipment sales
➢ Strong Communication and negotiation skills
➢ Technical aptitude and customer handling ability
➢ Fluency in English are preferable
➢ Good Knowledge of Maharashtra industrial market
➢ Self – motivated and target oriented.
➢ Willingness to travel extensively and owning a 2-Wheeler license is a must.
➢ Preferring the immediate joiners or maximum notice period of 15 to 30 days.
