Hiring: Sales Engineer – Access Equipment Rental
Location: Chennai (Maco Office)

Candidate Profile
- 2–8 years experience in equipment rental / construction equipment sales
- Strong contractor and project network in Tamil Nadu / Kerala
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Self-driven with strong field sales ability
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic field sales professional to develop rental business for Access Equipment (Boom Lifts & Scissor Lifts) across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
The role involves identifying project opportunities, developing contractor relationships, and improving rental fleet utilization.
Key Responsibilities
Rental Business Development
- Generate rental enquiries and orders for boom lifts and scissor lifts.
- Identify opportunities in construction projects, factories and shutdown maintenance activities.
Project Identification
- Regularly visit construction sites and industrial plants to identify equipment requirements.
- Track upcoming projects and rental opportunities.
Customer Development
- Build relationships with contractors, project managers, maintenance heads and procurement teams.
- Develop repeat business from key customers and project contractors.
Fleet Utilization
- Ensure maximum deployment of rental machines by actively developing new opportunities.
Preferred Industry Background
