Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Engineer role based in New Delhi, Noida or Gurugram. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical sales support, delivering tailored solutions to client needs, and effectively communicating with customers to convey value propositions. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the implementation of our material handling solutions to ensure customer success. Need to manage all the customers available in North part of India.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering, including the ability to design and present technical solutions.
- Strong Technical Support skills for understanding and resolving client challenges effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and build customer rapport.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to develop relationships and deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
