Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, delivering technical expertise on material handling solutions, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role also involves preparing proposals, conducting customer presentations, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in MHE Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Proven track record in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience with industrial equipment or material handling products is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic work scenarios
