Senior Sales Engineer:
In this role you will be responsible for driving distributor growth and market share by managing performance, fostering customer engagement, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business objectives
Your job:
- Monitor and review distributor performance at both customer and product levels to ensure high service standards.
- Identify opportunities for customer engagement and actively participate in sales initiatives to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute distributor training programs, ensuring adherence to reporting and forecasting routines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Marcom, Application Engineering) to align on business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Strengthen Festo’s market presence by promoting key product lines, conducting joint customer visits, and driving adoption of industrial automation solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights for business planning and product positioning.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 5 – 12 years of experience in electric automation sales.
- Proven experience in Channel Sales, Distribution sales & management with strong ability to analyze customer needs and drive business growth.
- Strong communication skills, self-driven and adaptable, with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
