Senior Sales Engineer – Channel Sales
In this role you will be responsible for managing and growing key industrial accounts in the Manesar/Gurgaon region by promoting industrial automation solutions, providing technical and application support, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in close coordination with customers, channel partners, and internal teams.
Your job:
- Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, End Users, and Distributors in the Manesar/Gurgaon industrial region
- Promote and sell industrial automation solutions including pneumatics, electric actuators, sensors, drives, motion control, and safety products
- Provide technical consultation, product demonstrations, and application support to customers
- Identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and achieve sales targets in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain regular customer engagement and update CRM with accurate sales information
Our requirements:
- 4-10 years of experience in Industrial Automation, preferably in the Manesar/Gurgaon market
- BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation & Control
- Exposure to OEMs, Automotive, General Industry, and Machine Builders
- Strong technical knowledge, commercial understanding, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills; self-driven and comfortable with field sales
